Crossing Between Grids
The concept of the lattice is rooted in my family’s tradition—three generations of weaving lattice-patterned fabrics by hand. It carries the essence of traditional craftsmanship while reflecting the shifting values of contemporary society.
The meeting of the traditional lattice and the modern architectural grid becomes a metaphor for the evolving relationship between culture and structure.
While shaped by tradition and constrained by social systems, we are also continuously redefining who we are—rebuilding identity through the collision, layering, and fusion of diverse cultural experiences.
